SUMMARY

Service scope and responsibility boundaries

Explains service scope, account security, usage rules, and disclaimers.

Service overview

Welcome to CGLight Accelerator. This service provides network access, subscription management, client setup guidance, and related technical support.

By signing in or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Account and security

Keep your account, password, subscription link, and verification codes safe. Any loss caused by disclosure, sharing, or poor protection of account details is your responsibility.

Do not use the account for attacks, abuse, mass signups, spam, infringement of others’ rights, or any behavior that violates applicable law.

Usage rules

You must comply with the laws of your location and the location of the service node, and you are responsible for your own use.

If we detect abnormal traffic, abuse, service disruption, or other violations of these terms, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate the related account.

Service changes

We may adjust nodes, routes, protocol support, pricing, or features for operational, network quality, vendor, compliance, or security reasons.

If maintenance, failures, or third-party issues interrupt service, we will make reasonable efforts to restore it, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. Except where required by law, we do not make extra promises about fitness for a specific purpose, continuous availability, or third-party service outcomes.

We are not liable beyond the scope required by law for problems caused by force majeure, carriers, third-party services, user devices, or incorrect user configuration.
